I am a technology executive and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience spanning enterprise IT, management consulting, banking operations, and company building. Today I serve as CIO & Director Region DACH at Boundaryless Group and Director Region DACH at Proteams Global GmbH.
My career combines hands-on technical depth — from z/OS mainframes and IT infrastructure to process automation and RPA — with senior consulting and leadership roles at UBS, Synpulse, NTT DATA, and my own company, Q-X GmbH, which I founded, grew to 1,000+ clients, and sold.
I bring operational excellence thinking (Lean, Six Sigma) to technology transformation. I lead teams, manage P&L, and translate strategy into delivery — at C-level and on the ground.
